Welcome to Lotus Counselling
If you are currently seeking some counselling support, the chances are you are feeling a little overwhelmed and confused. There are lots of different types of counselling available, but the most important factor is the relationship between you, the client, and your chosen therapist. You need to feel comfortable and at ease to enable you to explore your inner most thoughts and feelings.
If you are struggling with life, feeling overwhelmed and confused, or you have experienced a challenging time in your life, counselling may be a good option. Talking therapy allows you to explore what is going on for you in a non-judgmental and safe environment. It may be a past trauma that has not had chance to process or heal; a feeling of being stuck and wanting to change things but not knowing how; or a sense of overwhelm and not feeling able to cope with daily life. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, you will be welcomed on your first step to personal growth.

A lotus flower has its roots in muddy and murky waters, despite living in such a challenging habitat, it overcomes adversity and hardship to blossom into a strong and beautiful flower. It feels like a fitting reminder that from difficult and challenging times, we can grow and personally develop to become a more resilient and stronger version of ourself.
